Junior Digital Performance Manager

Description

Within the context of a new, exciting, project, aiming to revolutionise mobile internet access in emerging markets, Upstream is looking to hire a Junior Digital Performance Manager for its new mobile solution – Zero-D (http://www.upstreamsystems.com/zero-d/). The Junior Digital Performance Manager has two key responsibilities: 1) maximize traffic and engagement for the Zero-D service, 2) continuously improve the performance of Zero-D's multiple monetisation streams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor traffic, engagement, monetisation and operational KPIs of the Zero-D service
• Optimise the usage mix of available advertising space between Upstream and 3rd party services
• Coordinate with the product, design and engineering teams, to recommend improvements that will increase engagement and monetisation
• Implement A/B testing methods to quantify all improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Familiarity with web analytics platforms (mostly Google Analytics)
• Proven analytical/ quantitative skills (results of standardized tests such as GMAT, GRE are desirable)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English
• Some working experience in a similar role (website manager, e-commerce manager, audience engagement manager) or in a digital marketing agency will be an advantage
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodology, content management tools and Ad servers’ configuration will also be an advantage
