Energy Supply Engineer

NRG Trading House S.A., a power supply and trading company located in Maroussi Athens, is seeking for an Energy Supply Engineer to work for the Operations Department of the Energy Supply Division supporting the firm’s power supplying activity to end customers, compliance to relative regulations and business development.

         Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to

•  Facilitate and perform all tasks relative to customer (meter) representation
• Work closely with the business development team to facilitate new customer deals through technical and financial analysis
• Work closely with customer support team and facilitate customers’  requests and complaints resolution
• Handle and validate incoming energy and supply charges data
• Perform customer billing
• Communicate with authorities and resolve all requests/ issues
• Follow current legislation and ensure compliance
• Produce summaries and reports

           Qualifications include:

• Electrical or mechanical engineering university degree (AEI)
• A good overall understanding of the energy supply and trading market, industry, trends and products
• 1-2 years of  working experience in technical field, preferably in the energy market
• Postgraduate studies on power supply and/or trading field will be considered as a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and quantitative skills
• Ability to work individually or as part of a group on special projects
• Ability to work in a highly demanding schedule
• Well-developed written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel, VBA for Excel and Access
