We are looking for inspired professionals who will be part of a structured and highly qualified team involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CX/CRM implementations.

You will…

• Participate in the end-to-end delivery of IT services
• Establish or refine service delivery processes
• Develop business solutions to improve customer service
• Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective

You have...

• Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• Knowledge of CX Solutions
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

You may have (one or more)...

• Experience in Oracle Cloud projects
• Experience in Siebel CRM implementation projects
